Welcome to SimpleToken App (“We”, “Website”, or “Service”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use SimpleToken App.

2. Description of Services

SimpleToken App is a web-based platform that provides tools and interfaces for interacting with the Solana blockchain.

Our main features include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of SPL tokens (Solana Program Library Tokens)
  • Token management, including revoke/update authority
  • Liquidity management via Raydium SDK and other DeFi protocols
  • Additional token and liquidity features in the Solana ecosystem

SimpleToken App functions solely as an interface to interact with blockchain and third-party smart contracts. We do not store private keys, do not have access to user wallets, and never execute transactions on behalf of users.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SimpleToken App, you agree that:

  • You understand how the Solana blockchain, SPL tokens, and accessed smart contracts operate.
  • You are fully responsible for all transactions and actions performed via your wallet.
  • You will not use the platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering.
  • You understand that all transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
  • You bear full risk when using third-party services (including Raydium, Solana SDK, or other DeFi protocols) accessed through this website.

We are not responsible for asset loss, transaction failures, or damages resulting from user errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in smart contracts.

4. Eligibility

By accessing or using SimpleToken App, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You further represent that your access to and use of SimpleToken App will at all times comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements, and that you will not use the platform to conduct, promote, or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or market manipulation.

Furthermore, you represent that neither you nor any entity you act on behalf of are subject to any trade embargoes, sanctions, or restrictions administered or enforced by any governmental authority, nor are you a resident, citizen, national, or agent of, or an entity organized, incorporated, or doing business in any jurisdiction or territory where the use of blockchain or decentralized finance services is prohibited by law.

5. Disclaimer

SimpleToken App is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Solana Foundation, or any other third-party blockchain organizations, protocols, or entities.

Any references to “Solana,” “Raydium,” or other third-party names are for descriptive purposes only.

SimpleToken App does not own, control, or operate any third-party websites, smart contracts, products, or services that users may access through links or integrations available on this platform.

Users acknowledge that when they interact with or use such third-party services, they do so at their own risk, and those interactions are governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties.

We do not guarantee complete security, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. All decisions and risks are your responsibility.

SimpleToken App is not a financial, investment, or legal advisor.

6. Fees and Transactions

Users may be charged network fees (SOL) and service fees determined by SimpleToken App.

All transactions and payments are final and non-refundable.

7. Interaction with Third-Party Smart Contracts

SimpleToken App uses and/or connects to third-party smart contracts. We do not control their content, code, outcome, losses resulting from bugs, API changes, or exploits in third-party contracts.

Users are advised to review source code or documentation of third parties before interacting with them via our platform.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on this website (designs, logos, text, code) belongs to SimpleToken App and is protected by copyright law.

Users retain ownership of tokens, liquidity pools, or blockchain assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

SimpleToken App shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the platform, transactions, smart contracts, or third-party services. All risks are borne entirely by the user.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
